Abstract

A verification architecture that detects change through topological invariants — the integers noise cannot fake — gating expensive analysis with cheap continuous monitoring, validated against real geodetic ground truth (Parkfield creepmeters, Cascadia tremor catalog) with its blind spots mapped and its failures kept in the text. Includes the consolidated analysis pipeline (closure_hunter.py, regression-tested), figures, and machine-readable results. Companion code and data provided for full reproducibility. Part of an ongoing independent research program; the stellar spoke opens here and owes its own validation pass.
